Aster they/Them

Aster (Erich) N. Pitcher, Ph.D. is a founding web weaver at Weaving Our Web Consulting. They are a white settler, disabled, queer, and trans leader with more than 15 years experience in nonprofit and higher education settings. Erich supports organizations–large and small–in the following areas: supporting alignment with values via strategic planning and culture building, conducting equity-informed mediation; supporting organizational learning; and conducting equity-focused assessments and evaluations.

Biff they/them

Biff Chaplow is a founding web weaver at Weaving Our Web Consulting. Biff is a parent, artist, and economic justice activist who specializes in nonprofit management for organizations in their early stages of development. Biff has extensive experience on the issues of homelessness, poverty, and LGBTQIA+ liberation. Biff is known for their work in the Pacific Northwest around incarceration as well as their public activism regarding LGBTQIA+ families.
