More about Biff
Biff Chaplow is a founding web weaver at Weaving Our Web Consulting with 17 years of nonprofit experience. Biff is passionate about guiding nonprofits through their early stages of development. Biff started their career in homelessness and housing on Skid Row in Los Angeles. They climbed the nonprofit leadership ladder going from Case Manager to Executive Director over the course of their career. Biff has done extensive work on the issues of poverty and criminal justice.
Biff is known for managing to be both compassionate/kind and no-nonsense. They believe deeply that people and organizations are most likely to change when they are loved, supported, and given equal opportunities to laugh and to cry.
Biff is a parent of three beautiful people and has been involved in LGBTQIA+ activism on issues of parenthood, adoption, and LGBTQIA+ fertility. Biff is (undoubtedly) a cat person, loves to be active, and takes their espresso machine with them when traveling.
